A longtime advertising industry leader, Norm recently returned to the agency world after serving as the global CMO for Claire’s Stores. He has a proven track record for applying creativity in unexpected ways, and an understanding of digital and social media to help evoke the best creative business ideas possible.
In his role as CMO at Claire’s Stores, Norm transformed the brand into a vibrant, integrated global marketer and launched Claire’s first content and editorial fashion website, its first e-commerce site, and ongoing mobile and email campaigns.

His agency background includes a long history of success at the world’s leading advertising agencies, most recently at Fallon where he was the Global Brand Director. Before joining Fallon, Norm spent 8 years at Leo Burnett where he quickly rose through the ranks, holding client service leadership roles at startup offices in Vietnam and Poland as well as serving as SVP/Worldwide Account Director in the agency’s Chicago headquarters.
A native Canadian, Norm graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business.
