'; one+='Health care is complicated. Well, most health care. In 1999, First Health wanted to set the record straight and show people how they did things differently. Unlike other health benefits companies, First Health provided a simple solution to health care by offering a single point of contact, a single source of accountability, and a single standard of nationwide care. We illustrated the simplicity of First Health by using ordinary images suddenly made complicated and disconnected. Essentially, we showed people that if "the world was patterned after most health care plans," we\'d all be pretty confused, frustrated, and generally messed up.
